Refund Request Process:

  • Initial Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the artwork provided, please email us at xcellentplus@gmail.com with your order number and concerns. We are open to critiques and will work to address your issues.
  • Refund Requests: If you are still not satisfied after discussing your concerns, you can request a refund by emailing xcellentplus@gmail.com. Include your order number, date of delivery, and the name of the person you were dealing with.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the final files.
  • Resolution: We reserve the right to attempt to resolve disputes and provide alternative solutions before offering a refund. If we cannot satisfy you, a refund will be issued.
  • Deduction: Any fees incurred during the transfer of funds to and from XcellentPlus will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Taxes and Service Charges: Refunds may be subject to applicable taxes or service charges.
  • Refund Recipient: Refunds will only be issued to the original client and not to any other person, company, website, or ongoing project.
  • Final Decisions: All decisions regarding refunds are final. XcellentPlus reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
