01Do you charge by stitch count?

No. You pay by placement, so you know the price before you send the logo. We use stitch count only to decide whether a design is standard or detailed, and we tell you which on the quote.

02What if the file does not sew well?

Send us a photo of the sew-out. We edit the file free until it runs correctly on your machine and fabric.

03Are there any extra fees?

Only two, and both are optional: same-day rush at $5 per design, and Velcro backing on patches at $0.40 each.

04Which formats do I get?

Embroidery: DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, DSB or any other format on request. Vector: AI, EPS, SVG and PDF. All are included in the price.

05Who owns the file?

You do. Once the order is paid, the file is yours to use on any machine, with any supplier.

06Is there a minimum for patches?

25 pieces for most patch types and 50 for woven. You approve a digital proof before anything is made.
