I use XcellentPlus for digitizing designs. Aj and his digitizers have always been quick to get files digitized. I get them back the same day. There have been a few times when I needed something digitized in a different manner and they have redigitized it for me without any resistance. I do digitize myself, however using Aj allows me to get other tasks done if I have a heavy load, so I always appreciate his fast turnaround. I do continue to use Aj when I need him which says a lot because I have tried several different digitizers, and I am quite picky about my files and the way in which they are digitized. In the attached photos you will see his work.
