Who We Are
XcellentPlus is an embroidery digitizing company and vector art studio that also produces custom patches. Most of our customers are production businesses. They already own the embroidery machines, screen printing presses, DTF printers and cutters. What they need is artwork that runs correctly the first time.
That's the work we focus on. Not artwork that only looks good on a screen, but files built for the fabric, size, placement and print process they're headed to.

Our Story
XcellentPlus started in 2019 with four designers and one clear focus: clean, reliable artwork for businesses that decorate apparel. Our first clients were in the United States, and US businesses are still at the center of what we do.
As shops came back with repeat orders and referred others, we grew. Many of the clients who found us early still send us work today.

"High quality" means different things for a stitch file, a vector and a patch. This is what we check.
Embroidery Files

- Density that covers without puckering or breaking needles
- Pull compensation so circles stay round and letters keep their width
- Clean pathing with fewer trims, jumps and thread breaks

- Artwork redrawn as clean, scalable paths, not auto-traced pixels
- Shapes and edges that stay sharp at any print size

Rule of thumb we share with every shop: lettering under about 0.25 inches (6 mm) tall is hard to read in satin stitch. If your logo has text that small, we'll flag it before we digitize and suggest the best fix.

We started as four designers. Today XcellentPlus is a team of about 25 to 30 people with experience across embroidery digitizing, vector art, production and customer service.
That size matters to you in practical ways. There are enough digitizers to keep 24-hour delivery realistic, specialists who focus on vector work for print, and people whose job is to answer your questions and keep orders moving.
Our team keeps learning from industry resources like the Wilcom and Adobe Illustrator learning libraries, so our files keep up with how shops actually produce today.

XcellentPlus works remotely with embroidery shops, print shops, apparel brands and uniform suppliers throughout the United States. The US is where we started in 2019, and it's where much of our experience comes from.
Our team is based in Pakistan, and we don't have local storefronts in US cities. We don't need them. Your artwork comes in online, your files go out by email, and they run the same way on your machine wherever your shop is.

Our team is based in Pakistan. We don't have local storefronts in the US, so everything is handled online: quotes, approvals, delivery and edits.
06What file formats do you provide?
For embroidery: DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX and DSB, plus any other format on request. For vector artwork: AI, EPS, SVG and PDF.
07Can I use XcellentPlus for both embroidery and vector artwork?
Yes. Many customers order an embroidery file and a vector version of the same logo together, so their embroidered and printed products match.
08Do you provide custom patches?
Yes. We produce embroidered, chenille, woven, sublimated, PVC and leather patches. See our custom patches page for details.

Embroidery digitizing is delivered within 24 hours of your approved quote, and same-day rush is available on request. For vector artwork and patches, we confirm timing when we send your quote.
10Do I own the files you create?
Yes. Once paid, the files are yours to use for your own production or your customers' orders.
